Its official! I didn't want to do it, i tried and tried to make it through...but i have buckled! HEAT IN JUNE! This is going too far. I am freezing....one day frying and sweating and the next i need a parka! Anyways i am contemplating moving far south! One of the only exciting things about today is that Audrey is really getting teeth! They are starting to poke through the gums. I would post a picture but its nearly impossible to get a photo of her mouth....she likes to stick her tongue in the way. When they are in fully i will take a photo of them!

Conquering CYPRESS!

This past weekend was a full one and just so happened to be one that tested my stamena. I usually feel as though i am not in bad shape but going up cypress definetly showed me the truth! I need to get into shape. My endurance in just not the same as it once was. But it was unbelieveable at the top. I have to be honest had i been alone i would never have seen the top! But i wasn't and i did, and it was beautiful! Audrey came along and that was awesome. She was amazing as usual. She keeps amazing me more and more with the things that she can endure and do. We went to Cultus Lake on Sunday and I went swimming for the first time this year. It was amazing by the way and not as cold as i thought, in fact i found it quite warm. If that wasn't enough, Tony and I played tennis with Scott Sunday night. Which i must say i still remember how although not as well as i would like (its been at least 10 years or more).

SWING

We went to the park last Friday and I was convinced by a friend of mine, thanks Megan, to put Audrey in the swing! It was so much fun. I am pretty sure that she loved it!

Here is Audrey learning to eat. We have been eating since May 19th and she is doing really well with it. Its really exciting to see. I feel a bit in the fog with the whole thing. Like how much to give and all that, but she seems to be doing fine. Anyways she definetly loves her food time!

AUDREY THE SUPERSTAR!!!

So i went to get the mail yesterday and recieved a window envelope with this photo in it. I was curious as to what it was about. A few months ago i entered this photo of Audrey in a photo contest....well apparently it is going to appear in a photo book called "Endless Journeys" that is being published this fall! On top of that this photo "Pure Joy" ,which is what i called it, has been selected as a semi-finalist in the children category in the International Open Amateur Photography Contest! The competition is held this summer so we will find out then, but i couldn't believe that we actually were selected...so crazy! Tony and I have decided that we have to purchase the book because how often does one appear in an actual photography book! So needless to say i have been so excited about it!
